Island update: Hippeux is moving out!

Tonight we say goodbye to Hippeux. While his first appearance at my campsite may have sparked slight disappointment for me at first, Hippeux ended up being quite the character as a cocky smug future director/actor and the more well-off cousin of our beloved Biff, with a grand donation to the Museum with an statue of an astronaut, his mark on the island will not be forgotten.

Gotta say I'm on Marques Jr's side in this whole making us play along with Opera and Scintilla's shenanigans. Like yeah sure maybe he was a bit harsh and eventually unlocked Whim abilities to become a stylist by the end of this whole event but holy shit Opera and Scintilla, why the fuck did you involve the local gangsters summoning a piece of the Dark instead of having a heart to heart conversation like a normal person?

I do love Marques Jr's new fit though, very princely.

island update - im working on some layout stuff thats been annoying me but am still so happy on my new island💛🌾 fall in acnh is seriously the best im glad i just embraced that(a little early but you know its fine😅) and im moving in Cole as the last villager on the island!🐰 i might let some of my villagers leave eventually but for now i wanna do interiors for everyone💛

finally finished my animal crossing island. :3 it took 2 years and over 425 hours to complete, but i had a lot of fun. the dream address is 6841-0314-8099 if the text isn't legible. if i can inspire even one person to pick up the game again and start from scratch, my mission will be accomplished. feel free to steal any ideas or builds, i know i took a lot of inspiration from other people while making this.

If you are not going to a meet-up and/or don't want to see any spoilers, please learn how to filter tags for Tumblr. In a few days, the first meet-up is going to happen, which means the first wave of spoilers will be upon us. This will be a bit of a guide for not only how to filter but for anyone who would like to share spoilers.

Now, in your little hotbar to the left side of your screen, you should see a gear and the word Settings by it. Click on it and scroll until you see 'Filtered Tags'. What I want you to do is put in tags along the lines of the actual episode or simply series spoilers. Things like:

'ii spoilers'

'bfdia spoilers'

'tpot spoilers'

'tpot 12'

'bfdia 13'

'ii 15'

All you need to do now is refresh Tumblr. Either by closing or reopening the app or clicking that little spinning arrow in your search bar if you're using a web browser.

Now, to the people who are going to any of the six meet-ups and wanting to share spoilers, I beg you- PLEASE INCLUDE THE TAGS I MENTIONED IF YOU ARE GOING TO TALK ABOUT THE EPISODES. It makes it so much easier for others who are waiting on the episodes officially dropping on YT to not see anything especially important. Another piece of advice I'd like to give; just... don't share anything about the new episodes before the end of the last tour in August. I know, it's exciting we're getting new episodes, but does it look like all of us will be going to these events? I am not.

I do give people permission to spread guides on how to filter spoilers on places like Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok, and more. So please spread the word that I and many others do not tolerate spoilers and beg everyone going to the meet-ups to keep quiet about spoilers and if they wanna talk, they do so with others filtering their conversations.
